Cancellation Policy

2027 Cancellation Policy

All payments made toward school group trips, including deposits, installment payments, and final balances, are non-refundable under all circumstances. This policy applies regardless of cancellation reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, weather events, travel disruptions, political events, personal emergencies, academic scheduling conflicts, or changes in participant numbers.

Because all trip arrangements are booked and paid in advance with hotels, transportation providers, guides, and other vendors, cancellations create unrecoverable costs and financial commitments.

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage, at the time of booking. Travel insurance may help protect against financial loss resulting from unforeseen circumstances that prevent participation in the trip.
